The process of learning and results

Since the technology, and research opportunities, develop to unexpected limits the speed at which it accumulates knowledge negates any possibility that one person covers all the available knowledge at any time. Therefore, it becomes obvious that no college during undergraduate studies can not give any student to learn everything you need for a professional career.

The number of undergraduates of the Faculty is already faced today with a growing number of students and overworked capacity. That and other factors hinder institutions in their efforts to adopt a growing base of knowledge and the dynamics of the professional role of student. New situation requires institutions optimize resources and efforts to ensure the best education of future graduates. Many institutional changes are not included and thus a large financial cost of faculties / schools. This is the case with most changes in the pedagogical approach.

Students may find themselves in a variety of different roles, and each of them faces a number of different situations, working in publicity, so is the professionals as a vital member of the medical team. In this context, the educational process, it is how we learn is of greater importance than what we learn, and therefore the whole concept of curriculum requires redefinition. The new definition, a comprehensive and cheese, addressed to all parts of the educational process, in what the content is only one component of learning. Along with other parts of the concept of curriculum, methodology of knowledge transfer, learning and evaluation of lessons learned are important factors.
